Nearly 400Million people use Wikipedia and it's sister sites daily...that is almost a third of the internet connected world!!! If you have ever used Wikipedia in the past, or think you will use Wikipedia in the future...may I humbly suggest reading this Personal appeal from Wikipedia Founder Jimmy Wales.

Dear Wikipedia

On October 14th, 2010...Facebook status:

"Stephen Szucs Thank you crazy Hungarian last name for buying me sometime! Search results for Stephen Szucs in Wikipedia = 0. Objective -> To be the first Stephen Szucs in Wikipedia on or b4 Oct 14th 2011! Now how will I accomplish this?!"

Today --> November 29th, 2010...9:09pm

Step 1. Identify goal = complete!
Step 2. Design a plan = initiated
Step 3. Implement plan = not commenced
Step 4. Evaluate progress = not commenced
Step 5. The Expiry Date = October 14th, 2011
Step 6. The Celebration!

I sat down tonight with the intention of writing a letter to Wikipedia. So, realizing I had my objective, I began:

"Dear Wikipedia,

I want to begin with a simple Thank you! "

And that my friends, is as far as my letter to Wikipedia got! Now you probably already guessed it, but it took me a greeting plus a sentence to come to the realization...the answer to my question was most likely ALRAEDY ON WIKIPEDIA!!! So I searched "How does one get on Wikipedia?" As irony would have it, seconds later my answer arrived..."Notability!"

You see..."Wikipedia covers notable topics—those that have been "noticed" to a significant degree by independent sources." Better said, "Notability determines wether a topic merits its own article on Wikipedia."

In response to my Facebook status one friend wrote: "I would say either becoming famous or infamous. In your time frame infamous may be the easier road." However, Wikipedia is not a popularity contest...It is an encyclopedia, and if you meet the general notability guidelines you are golden! (General Notability Guidelines)

So, what is my plan to become notable enough to warrant my own Wikipedia article? Yet to be determined...but i am happy to continue the journey with this information:-)

To be continued...

make it a good day and practice safe sex! sending love, suchie

ps...Got a notability idea for me?

One down and One to go!

In my attempt to finish both books by the end of November..."Where have all the leaders gone? by Lee Iacocca, bit the dust late last week. I have since continued to read, underline, and dissect "Hot, Flat, and Crowded" by Thomas L. Friedman.

I WISH "HOT, FLAT, AND CROWDED" WAS REQUIRED READING FOR EVERYONE!!!

It documents and discusses many historical, present, and future issues impacting humans as our world continues to get hot, flat, and crowded.
Hot = Climate change
Flat = Access, both material and informative
Crowded = Population growth (6.8Billion presently!)

The purpose of todays blog is to simply share the following excerpt I just read from "Hot, Flat, and Crowded!"

"The Deputy minister of China's State Environmental Protection Agency, Pan Yue, said in a famously candid interview with Der Spiegel (March 7, 2005)
Many factors are coming together here: Our raw materials are scarce, we don't have enough land, and our population is constantly growing. Currently, there are 1.3 billion people living in China, that's twice as many as 50 years ago. In 2020, there will be 1.5 billion people in China. Cities are growing but desert areas are expanding at the same time; habitable and usable land has been halved over the past 50 years...The environment can no longer keep pace. Acid rain is falling on one third of the Chinese territory, half of the water in our seven largest rivers is completely useless, while one fourth of our citizens do not have access to clean drinking water. One third of the urban population is breathing polluted air, and less then 20 percent of the trash in the cities is treated and processed in an environmentally sustainable manner. Finally, five of the ten most polluted cities worldwide are in China...Because air and water are polluted, we are losing between 8 and 15 percent of our gross domestic product. And that doesn't include the cost for health. Then there's the human suffering: In Beijing alone, 70 to 80 percent of all deadly cancer cases are related to the environment. Lung cancer has emerged as the No. 1 cause of death."

Ignoring these issue will only delay the development of possible solutions. Lets take an active roll in supporting a more sustainable global development! Lets think about what type of planet we want our future generations to inherit! What good is money if we destroy our home to get it? Side note, reading is great, eh:-)

Would love to hear your thoughts. Make it a great day world! I want an O! haha sending love, Suchie

THE TEXT! Blog #11

What a weekend!

The dancing shoes and drinking boots both came out to play because I FINALLY took a day off! Can you say, "Hello sleeping in!"...all be it the groggy/somewhat hung over and in need of a big breakfast type of sleep in. (you know the type!) Somewhere in that state of disoriented existence, my already shaky Sunday morning got rocked!

Imagine this... I lay drinking my caramel apple spice on a friends sofa when I received this text..."Suchie, just heard you on the radio"

Well I don't know about you, but historically I have not received much radio play! (not much = 1 time ever) ha

As it turns out, the audio from our Movember videos got played on the radio! I was excited, still hung over, and surprised beyond belief. Then I thought to myself..."Wow, hard work really does pay off!"

So friends, work hard for what you want and love; because you never know when you might receive a seemingly crazy text saying you are on the radio!

As always, make it a good day and give someone an orgasm, even if it is yourself! :-)

Someone wasted my time today! Blog #10

Someone wasted my time today!

After I got over the frustration I realized...It was MY fault! I did not respect myself enough, and ALLOWED that person to waste my time. Like my Movember mustache which keeps on growing...time keeps on ticking! The hands of time do not move backwards, nor is there a reverse button on life.

Value your time...Share it...But don't waste it!

When others see you placing a premium on your time, they too will follow suit! We have a finite amount of time on this earth...so make your life amazing!

I believe the Greeks have a saying for times like these..."Carpe Diem!" ~ Seize the day!

What excites you? Blog #9

What excites you?

Seriously, disregarding the pure joy derived from the abundance of Movember mustaches presently surrounding us...what excites you?!?

I have frequently found myself busy at work, yet extremely bored at the same time. In the redundancy, time passed and I collected my pay cheques.

Minimal effort + Minimal focus = Minimal fulfillment

Right now it is 12:37am and I am wide awake. I am wide awake because I am excited to continue this journey together! I was up at 7am this morning, and will again be up 7am tomorrow. I will go to work and it will be monotones...but tomorrow as I continue to work towards my desires, passions, and loves(after work)...I know I will be excited. I feel the excitement already!

So friends, here it is again...What excites you?

Whether we are asleep or awake, focused or aloof, life continues... so plan sometime to enjoy the elements of life that excite you! And next time you are bored at work, tune your focus their direction and feel the difference.

As always, make it a great day with an O O oooooooo:-)

Blog #8 "I lost my focus!"

I am exhausted, and today I lost my focus!

Now here comes the excuse...I have worked every day in November. A complete 15 out of 15 days meets 140ish hours worked! blah blah blah...still an excuse!

Instead of focusing on my wants and what I am working towards, I let the majority of today slip away as I executed my monotonously repetitive task of installing solar panels. Hell, I don't even know what my word of the day was! Ironically, I just looked it up and it was "respectful"! We have a duty to respect ourselves, others and the world around us. Today, I did not respect myself enough to maintain my focus...I got distracted by "the man"(<-- excuse) When we lose our focus, we approach a slippery slope leading no where!

So often we get caught up in the "rat race". We are surrounded by so much external stimuli, that it is easy to become comfortably distracted. Then after 45 years of being comfortably distracted....Hello midlife crisis!(or so I imagine) But it makes sense, no? If you do something you do not love long enough, your bound to feel a lack of fulfillment. So friends I challenge you to maintain your focus! I challenge you to be great!

Signing off with hopes that you make today everything you want it to be! Ooo and Orgasm! ha Sending love, Stephen

(side note...if you have yet to identify your wants...take some time and identify them. Then, respect yourself enough to maintain your focus in their direction and be great!)

WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?

"Should" dominated much of my life. Society said: "Stephen you should do X because it will get you Y" and I listened. Subsequently, I lived with this gut feeling of fallacy.

Now I focus on one question...WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?

What do you want today?
This weekend?
Next month?
Next year?
In 5 years?
In 10 years?
In 50 years?
In a lover?
In Friends?
In a career?
In your life? ect....

Honest answers to these questions are priceless! For when we know what we want-->we can make a plan. When we have a plan to implement/execute-->we will be working in the direction of our wants! Ironically enough, life brings us what we ask for! A little side caveat, life may not always bring you what you want exactly how you expected it...so be specific! :-)

So, what do I want by the end of November 2010?

- I want to know where I am moving come January 2011 (open for suggestions...?)
- I want to have 50-100 participants/followers of this blog. More Specific - Click Follow.
- I want a good kiss... MORE SPECIFIC - I want a good kiss with a lady I am interested in!
- I want the blog to have received at least 1,7500 hits.
- I want to have finished production on 3 video projects
- I want to have helped at least 3 people identify their present wants
- I want to have finished my TV treatment
- I want to have had dinner with my Uncle John and Aunt Mary.
- I want to have raised $100 for the Movember campaign
- I want to have the 5 remaining solar arrays installed
- I want an operational website/fb page/and youtube site geared around this blog. more specific - also owned by me and maintaining creative control.
- I want to have finished the 2 books I am reading.
- I want to know what I need to do to legitimately get/stay on Wikipedia!
- I want to have people participating in Decembers blog challenges.
- I want Decembers blogging goals to be outlined.
- I want to have visited with all of my grandparents
- I want to know what I will do for an income once moved in Jan 2011...again suggestion?

I am signing off tonight with a fact I found fascinating. I was amazed to read about Japanese companies that had century business plans! In our crazy connected "Now, now, now" world, how amazing is it to think 100 years out!?! Have you ever? Seriously, all of our actions today affect future generations! So I ask you again...What do you want?

Written with suchielove and hopes that you are orgasming daily! Make it a good one! stephen

East meets west...fusion lunch:-)

One very healthy item accompanied with an item that I don't even want to know the caloric intake...sometime you just have to treat yourself:-)

Blog #6 Its all about perspective!

You have heard the old adage..."Is the glass half empty or half full?" Here is a quick read that reminds us, it really is all about perspective!

Make someone smile today:-) thanks for reading. sending love, stephen

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat.

[]
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.
Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?"

[]

The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way." I wrote: "Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see it."

Both signs told people that the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people that they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?
[]

Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have.. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively. When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.
The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling… And even more beautiful, is knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!

Week #1 in review!

Monday, November 8th 2010 -> 10:24

Week One in review!

I am loving these "decided actions!"

6 am comes REALLY early! You know how they say the early bird gets the worm...well I don't know if the bird gets the worm but it certainly gets a sizable head start. As 8am rolled around on Wednesday morning, I felt very accomplished. Thrusday, I found that I was less productive due to lack of planning. Therefore, this week I am planing out my early morning sessions so there is no wasted time and I am ready/excited to jump out of bed.

Nature, I love nature and my 2 nature moments of the week were absolutely fantastic!
1. A reinvigorating sunrise
2. A nature walk in the woods with some tea and a fantastic friend

Focus words were enormously beneficial! So beneficial in fact, I plan to write an entire blog on just them! For example, Thursday's word was "Constructive" and while I was engaged in a challenging/semi-frustrating conversation, I thought to myself..."How can I respond in a CONSTRUCTIVE manner?" Similar moments passed throughout the week when situations arose and I was able to apply the day's focus word to garner a more positive result. From Constructive to Abundant to Accepting to Open, I allowed these focus words to replace negative thoughts, in turn promoting positive results! To check out the rest of Novembers scheduled focus words click here https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0CabzKmNNy-FMMduwy4eB1KwFrhQIsPCFA5gWLkH85cczNTycclx3nX51YJnfENDCroYzfdZOPP3zsWwKkqHlu1o_86Pp3Og2gK2rDvUXIeL-RiRx_0XQX_yfU6bUtPzQH6mSB1hjF1c/s1600/photo-710152.jpg

My 1st written letter felt superb! There is something to be said about the tangible nature of a letter. You can spray a fragrance on it, put a picture inside, the classic lipstick kiss:-) Regardless, something from your hands will end up in the hands of a loved one and that is pretty special in my books.

Journaling - I missed one day journaling during my 65hr work week this week and was not pleased! But, can you say..."Goodbye pent up emotion!"? Your journal is a friend you can tell anything to and will never talk to others. (so long as you hide it well) :-)

Meditation - dedicated and focused thought without interruption, will take some thought. I can tell you that I turned off my phone, focused on my breathing, and I took one thought into my both of my sessions. My results will surely improve however for week one I am pleased with the practice. (we may try a 30day meditation challenge, let me know if you are interested)

TV Treatment - I have some exciting news and will have something to show you all by Nov 20th.

10 pages - I am steadily working my way though 2 books and have found that my minimum daily reading to be an intellectual stimulant.

Calling the Grandparents - Spoke with one of the gp's and will remedy my missed call tomorrow!

Lastly, I want mention how fortunate I feel to have received some of your goals. We all have the ability to create a better world for ourselves and the global community surrounding us. I am inspired to see that some of you have taken an active role in doing just that! Lets get it!

With the weekend behind us...I hope you had enjoyable O's;) Keep making life amazing! Siempre Feliz and with love, Stephen

Movember! BEER = Changing the face of men's health forever...in a positive way!

They thought of the idea over beer! Yes my friends, BEER! Maybe they were tired of waking up hung over and needing to shave or they simply had an internal yearning to be Tom Selleck. Seriously, these are people who come from the land down under and can bring booz to work on Fridays! I feel we should expect nothing less from the Aussies. Trust me, they will always surprise you! Shall I present exhibit A? MOVEMBER!

Now are you ready to see something amazing?
Please scroll down

Wait for it...

Almost there:-)

Seriously...one of the best equations EVER!

BEER = Changing the face of men's health forever...in a positive way!
(R U KIDDING ME!!!) :-)

In 2009 there were 255,755 MoBros and MoSista who participated in Movember, raising $47million dollars globally! But of course Movember is not just about raising awareness and funds for prostate cancer, even though in Canada all of the 7.8million raised in '09 went to Prostate Cancer Canada. It is obviously about looking good too! You know, unleashing your upper lip! Finding out what it is like to have a little French Tickler. Or as my Movember team and I like to call ourselves and the oh so stylish stache...The Upside Down Crumb Catcher! haha

Serious time again...
Did you know that 1 in 6 guys will be diagnosed with Prostate Cancer?
Or that 4,400 men will die as a direct result of prostate cancer in 2010!?!

Movember is about more then a moustache! It really is about changing the face and future of men's health! Shall I present Exhibit B? In a Movember survey "39% of MoBros sought medical advice, whilst a further 36% encouraged someone else to seek medical advice" regarding the topics of health, diet, exercise and lifestyle! Now, say a mere half of the 2009 Movember participants were men...that means 49,872.22 (yes .22) men proactively attempted to improved their lives and 46,035.90 tried to improve the lives of others around them. Pretty amazing if you ask me! Undoubtedly more amazing then the moustache I will be rocking after 30 days:-)

My friends, I find charity work very rewarding. Whether you participate in Movember or not, I encourage...no, I challenge you to try charity work sometime!

If you are interested in participating in or donating to the Movember movement let me know!

O O O I hope there was one for you today:-) As always, make it a great day! with love, Stephen

ps...I want 25 blog participants by the end of the week. So if it feel right, click "Follow"

Blog #2 Thank you, Danke, Merci, Dank u, Grazie, y Gracias!

Thank you, Danke, Merci, Dank u, Grazie, y Gracias!

In under 2days my little "suchielove" blog has received 248 views from 10 different countries!
Now that may not seem like much in comparison to Perez Hilton's acclaimed 1 million hits/day...but I want you each to know you have made me feel very special and I will continue giving my "suchielove" the only way I know how:-)

Nature experience #1
I realized this morning I had forgotten how beautiful Sunrises are. From Barcelona to Cadillac Mountain not forgetting for a second The Grand Canyon, I have seen some amazing sunrises! But in darkness I sat this morning as I also realized I had forgotten to check what time the sunrise would be! Alarm was set for 6am...sun rose at 7:58am! So, by 8am I had...

1. Written a letter to a friend
2. Written in my Journal
3. Practiced a song I am working on.
--> (City in Colour - "The Girl") http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGTm4u1UWvg
4. Eaten Breakfast (Warm Oatmeal for a cold morning)
5. Spent some focused time on today's intention..."Accepting"
6. Had great sex...oh wait, that was at 5:45am while dreaming.
7. And finally, hours later, I watched the sunrise

Look at what happened...

Getting up early led to --> Greater accomplishment which induced --> Feelings of connected fulfillment that provided --> Positive perspective beginning the day and ultimately/ironically resulted in --> A very productive, loving and peaceful day.

Hmmmmm, now before I say that maybe "they" are right about the getting up early thing...I have to point out something that hit me like one of those AAAAAHHHHH moments. My actions this morning all connected me with something larger.

- The Sunrise with Nature
- Journal with Self (Yes, I feel we can be disconnected from ourselves)
- The Letter with another Person
- Guitar with the Creative (music has it's own healing rhythm! We listen and play it because it makes us feel good, no?)

So I ask: was waking up at 6am the key to my good day? More then likely, no. However, this morning I was connected with something larger. I did the things I wanted to do serving Self, Others and Nature. In turn, I carried a more positive attitude into my work day. Ultimately, I feel the key lies in the "connect time"...and ironically, that "connect time" just happens to be very available very early in the morning:-)

I will leave you with one last thought as I prepare for bed. Take a positive thought to sleep with you every night. From your deepest desires to your craziest passions...the more you focus on what you want the more likely you are to figure out a way to achieve it!

As will become customary...I thank you for your time, look forward to your participation, hope that all of you 248 people had and orgasm, and encourage you to make life amazing! with love,
Stephen

ps. anyone know how to set up and exactly what is an RSS feed?
