Hmm. I think that you want to make a difference, a substantial difference, and it is tough to do! It is hard to tell sometimes if all of the little things that someone does adds up. I think that they do, but sometimes it is hard to measure.
Are you out of ideas (doubt it!) or are you just not sure which ideas to work on first?!
